Here at 43 North Designs we have fun, but we take problem solving very seriously.  So, when we were doing research for our Boulder Series Grille System and realized there was a whole crew of you guys who couldn't enjoy customizing your trucks due to leasing rules, we made sure to address that problem.  This type of customer obsession and meticulous detail is in our DNA. We were founded to create exceptional products that solve real problems for real people, like you,  through design thinking.   With that in mind, we are very excited to introduce the Boulder Series Grilles System for 2016-2018 Chevrolet Silverados that lives up to those principles.

To Dremel or not to Dremel

Look, we love Dremel tools.  They are super handy and make sparks--what's not to love?  We just don't love to use them on our new truck to make an aftermarket part fit.  When you buy a new part, you shouldn't have to pull out the Dremel to make it work--it should work out-of-the-box because the manufacturer cared enough to complete the design.  The Boulder Series Grille System works out-of-the-box--period.

So what, it's easy to install.  How does this help me with my lease?

Most of the full replacement grilles on the market today for 2016-2018 Silverados require you to scrap the OEM grille during install.  This means you've voided your dealership lease and will either need to pay the penalties or purchase a replacement grille ahead of ending the lease. This can be a costly endeavor--see Figure 1 below.

With the Boulder Series Grille System there is no need to destroy your OEM grille and void your lease to get the custom look you want and dare we say, need?  As a matter of fact, with all that money saved, you might want to consider going with a light bar too--hint hint.

Tell us about your experience.
